Let's be honest. The art. Bernini...Caravaggio...it was like a dream to see these works of art in person! It's June so it was hot and stuffy but it wasn't too crowded. Overall great experience.

Great collection, best to visit with a tour guide though. Limited english description for pieces. Few paintings/sculptures had audio option. You have to give your bag, but they wont take your jacket!

Masterpieces by many artists can be seen here. My favourites are the marble sculptures by Bernini. Book and be punctual or you'll have to wait for the next turn to enter (that's up to two hours!)

Amazing gallery but the booking is mandatory. Don't forget to see also it's garden on the back where you can see again from outside the Bernini statue Ratto di Proserpina.

I definitely recommend the multimedia audio tour they offer in multiple languages for €5 if you don't go there with a tour guide. Don't forget to look up! :) each room is a work of art on its own

The audio guide is so worth the €5! No explanation of the works, otherwise. Amazing museum, not to be missed. Make sure to reserve your tickets online ahead of time.
